Highstyle vs Vizard (2026): Price, Limits and How Each Picks Clips
Vizard is the better deal on volume: $29 a month buys 600 minutes, one upload can run 600 minutes, exports reach 4K and it schedules posts. Highstyle costs more per minute, makes 9:16 clips and leaves posting to you, but it reads YouTube's most-replayed graph and timestamped comments to choose moments, and a clip picked that way shows the comments behind it.
Vizard and Highstyle do the same job: a long video goes in and captioned vertical clips come out. They differ on price, on what each one reads to choose the moments and on what happens after the clips exist.
We read Vizard's pricing page and API docs on October 15, 2026, and each Vizard figure below links to its page. Highstyle is our product, so its column sticks to what our pricing page and API docs say.

Vizard's figures are from its pricing page and API docs on October 15, 2026. Per-hour cost is the monthly price divided by the hours of video it buys.
Vizard wins on minutes, formats and posting
Vizard sells video for less. Its Creator plan works out to $2.90 per hour of video on monthly billing and $1.45 billed yearly. Highstyle's Pro plan is $49 for 500 minutes, or $5.88 an hour, so if price per minute decides it, pick Vizard.
It also takes bigger files and makes more formats. One upload can run 600 minutes and 30 GB, exports reach 4K, and the API returns 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9 clips, up to 100 per request. You can give it an instruction like "Find where Sam talks about GPT-5" and get only those clips back.
Creator schedules posts to 6 social accounts and Business to 20. Business adds a shared workspace, a brand kit and seats at $5 a month each. And Vizard's free plan gives 60 minutes every month, so it's the better place to keep clipping for free.
Highstyle reads what viewers did with the video
Highstyle returns up to 10 captioned 9:16 clips per video, ranked best first. On a YouTube link it reads the transcript, the most-replayed graph and the timestamped comments under the video. Where several viewers rewound or commented on the same stretch, that stretch gets its own pass through the model, and a clip picked that way opens to show the comments that flagged it.
A Vizard clip carries a viral score and a sentence explaining it. A Highstyle clip carries a score from 1 to 10 and, when viewers' replays or comments chose it, the evidence itself. Treat either score as the model's rating of the moment, since neither one promises views. Viewer signal helps most on videos that already have views, and a video posted today has none, so on new uploads Highstyle reads the transcript alone.
Each run follows a goal. Most views makes 15 to 35 second clips, Creator Rewards makes 70 to 180 second clips for TikTok's paid program, and Campaign-safe uses plain captions with no effects. There are 18 caption styles, TikTok's own look is the default, and a royalty-free music bed plays under the speech unless you turn it off.
Highstyle's free plan is one video, 60 minutes at signup with no card. The clips come out the same as on a paid plan, with a small watermark.
Both include an API with paid plans
Both bill API runs from the same minutes as the app and charge nothing extra for access. Vizard's API page offers an n8n template and a skill for Claude Code and Cursor, and results can come back by webhook. Highstyle has a REST API and a hosted MCP server, so Claude can submit a video and read the clips after you sign in, with no key to create. A Highstyle API request can ask for 1 to 50 clips, and the developer docs cover the API and the MCP server.
Which one to pick
- You clip a lot of video and price per minute decides it: Vizard.

- You want to see why a clip was picked before you post it: Highstyle shows the viewer comments behind a pick, and Vizard writes a one-line reason.

Frequently asked questions
Is Highstyle cheaper than Vizard?
No. Vizard's Creator plan is $29 a month for 600 minutes, or $2.90 per hour of video. Highstyle's Starter is $19 for 150 minutes and Pro is $49 for 500, which works out to $7.60 and $5.88 an hour.
Does Vizard have a free plan?
Yes. It gives 60 minutes every month, with 720p exports, a watermark, uploads up to 60 minutes and 3-day storage. Highstyle's first video is free, 60 minutes once at signup, with a small watermark.
Can Vizard clip Twitch streams?
Vizard's API accepts Twitch links, along with YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, Google Drive and others, and an upload can run 600 minutes. Highstyle takes YouTube links and file uploads up to 10 GB, so download a Twitch VOD and upload the file.
Which one picks better moments?
We haven't run a head-to-head test, so try both on the same video. Highstyle reads where viewers rewound and what they commented, which only helps on YouTube videos that already have views. Vizard lets you steer the picks with a keyword instruction, which helps when you know the topic you want.
Does Highstyle post clips the way Vizard does?
No. Highstyle makes the clips, and you download them and post with your own scheduler or each platform's app. Vizard schedules posts to 6 social accounts on Creator and 20 on Business.
Do Highstyle and Vizard have an API?
Both do, on paid plans with no extra fee, and both bill API runs from the app's minutes. Vizard's API takes more link types and returns more aspect ratios. Highstyle's adds a hosted MCP server, so Claude can run it after you sign in, and a request can ask for 1 to 50 clips.
